• Content Intelligence: Analysis of which content is most valuable to AI systems and training models
• Publisher Middleware: Integration tools and APIs for various content management systems and frameworks
• Monetization Tools: Future services to help publishers generate revenue from AI bot traffic (coming Q4 2025)

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Permitted Use

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use our services to violate any laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover our detection algorithms
• Use our services to monitor websites you do not own or have permission to monitor
• Share your API keys or account access with unauthorized parties
• Use our services to create competing bot detection or analytics products
• Attempt to overwhelm or disrupt our systems through excessive requests
• Use our platform to collect or harvest personal information of website visitors

6. Data Processing and Analytics

FairCite processes request data, user agent information, IP addresses, and other technical metadata to provide bot detection services. We:

• Process data solely for the purpose of bot detection and analytics
• Do not collect or store personal information of your website visitors
• Aggregate and anonymize data for service improvement and industry insights
• Maintain data retention policies as outlined in our Privacy Policy
• Implement appropriate security measures to protect processed data

7. Service Plans and Usage

Our services are currently provided during our beta phase. By using our services, you agree to:

11. Limitation of Liability

FairCite's liability is limited to the amount paid for our services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

You agree to indemnify and hold FairCite harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
